Starting June 1 record each day that you read — either on Beanstack or on the paper log . For every five days that you read, earn tickets for the grand prize drawings. Read for 15 days to earn a halfway prize and read for 30 days to earn a final prize. Complete activities to earn additional grand prize tickets through August 1. The game doesn't end after day 30 — continue to read for more tickets to the grand prize drawings.

The Summer Library Challenge is open to all ages!

  • For kids up to Kindergarten age we recommend 5-10 minutes per day
  • For kids in grades 1-6 we recommend 20 minutes per day
  • For grades 7-12 and adults we recommend 30 minutes per day
  • Any amount of reading or listening counts!
