Copy, Fax and Scan Services

Westlake Porter Public Library has three multifunction copiers located around the library, all of which are accessible to patrons in a wheel chair.

Photocopies can be made in black-and-white or color and the cost of pages is related to the color of the print and the size of the paper used.

Paper Sizes Black and White (B&W) Color
8 ½ X 11 inch (letter size) paper 10¢ per page 15¢ per page
8 ½ X 14 inch (legal size) paper 10¢ per page 15¢ per page
11 X 17 inch (ledger size) paper 10¢ per page 15¢ per page

Fax

Patrons can send faxes free of charge from any of the copiers. Instructions are placed next to the machines to facilitate their use. Please ask at the closest service desk for assistance when needed.

Scan

All of the copiers can be used to scan to an email address or a USB drive, free of charge. Instructions are posted near the machines to facilitate their use. Please ask for assistance at the closest service desk.
