WPPL no longer has free COVID-19 test kits after distributing our final shipment of kits. The Ohio Department of Health has discontinued the program which, since early 2022, provided free COVID-19 test kits to public libraries.
A universal changing table—accommodating adults and youths up to 1,000 pounds—is now available for use in the Family Restroom located in the Youth Services department. The changing table makes it easier for caregivers to aid individuals with disabilities.
The Westlake Porter Public Library offers test proctoring free of charge during the hours the library is open. Computers are available for online-based tests and individual study rooms are available for paper tests.
Contact Adult Services with your name, contact information, and desired testing date and time. Scheduling is based upon staff availability. Please allow enough time for correspondence with your institution to receive testing materials and instructions.
